Professor of Violoncello
Stella Vorarlberg Privathochschule für Musik GmbH currently has a vacancy for the above position. The successful candidate will take up the role in the winter semester 2026/27 with an 60-80 % position (12-16 SWS).

Your responsibilities
— representing the subject of violoncello in both your teaching and in the development and growth of the arts.
— teaching in artistic-pedagogical and artistic study programmes in the Bachelor, Master, and pre-College programmes in the central artistic subject and chamber music.
— being prepared to actively contribute to the self-administration of the university college through interdisciplinary thought and action.
— being committed to collaborating with educational and cultural institutions in the Lake Constance region and being prepared to actively seek and maintain personal co-operations.
— regular on-site presence, collaborative work, and active contribution to the Section are expected.
Your profile
— outstanding artistic personality with international concert experience
— teaching experience at a higher education level as well as broad didactic and pedagogical competence is desirable
— relevant college or university diploma, domestic or foreign
— excellent communication and teamwork abilities as well as organisational skills
