BLICK.Punkt EMP
GANZ in der Musik conveys fundamental musical skills through hands-on, practice-oriented learning. Listening, movement, improvisation, composition, recognition, and notation are closely interconnected, fostering inner hearing, refining musical sensitivity, and building a solid foundation of musical understanding. The aim is to provide progressive instruction that empowers students to learn independently and to continue developing their musical abilities on their own.
In four modules, Verena Unterguggenberger offers insights into this acquisition-based pedagogical approach, explains its core principles and methodologies, and enables participants to apply what they have learned directly to their own teaching practice.

Educator, lecturer, author, composer, producer, founder and director of the ICH und DU publishing house, founder of the GANZ in der Musik method, and lecturer in Mathetics in Music Pedagogy at the Joseph Haydn Privathochschule, Verena Unterguggenberger also works, among other roles, with the music schools of the Province of Carinthia.

Fee: € 720 for all 4 modules *
*MSW music school teachers pay
a total of € 190 for all 4 modules.
Modules 1 and 2 will take place in cooperation with the Elementary Music Education Course (EMP) at Stella Musikhochschule.

Klangwerkstatt ORFF
Try out Orff instruments, create rhythms and melodies, and combine music with language, movement, and dance. A particular focus is placed on barred instruments as melodic and accompanying instruments. Practice-oriented ideas offer new perspectives for music education.

Gemeinsam Musik entdecken in der Eltern-Kind-Gruppe
Singing, playing, moving, and experimenting: The course combines hands-on experiences with approaches from elementary music education. The focus is on shared music-making experiences that empower children and adults, support their development, and bring lasting musical experiences into everyday family life.

Making music together and exploring the interplay of music and movement form the basis for a practical and professional engagement with classroom music-making, approaches to music education, and cooperation between music schools and general schools. The aim is to expand one’s repertoire for classroom music-making and deepen practical experience through making music together.
