International Office

The International Office is responsible for the entire program execution of exchange and mobility programs under the Erasmus+ framework and is first point of contact for students, staff and foreign partner universities, that are interested in collaborating with Stella Privathochschule für Musik on an international level.

The International Office aims promoting the integration of its international students into Stella Vorarlberg Privathochschule für Musik university life.

The International Office accompanies every stay abroad from start to finish and provides individual information about the many small intermediate steps.

Learning Agreement (LA)

  • The LA is only for students and determines the personal study plan during the stay abroad.
  • The LA ensures that the ECTS earned (min. 3 ECTS per month) can be credited without any problems.
  • The LA is signed by the home institution, the partner institution and the student.

Mobility Agreement (MA)

  • The MA is only for university staff and defines the content and framework conditions for the stay abroad.
  • The MA is signed by the home institution, the partner institution and the respective person.

Grant Agreement (GA)

  • The GA is a financial agreement between individual students or individual members of university staff.
  • The GA is signed by the home institution and the individual concerned.

The International Office provides support in drawing up the agreements.

An agreement between two universities, also known as an Inter-Institutional Agreement (IIA), is a prerequisite for studying abroad.

If the desired partner university is not on the list, the International Office will endeavor to sign a new agreement with the new university.
