Aufbaukurs Chorleitung mit Schwerpunkt Kinder- und Jugendchorleitung
This course is designed for individuals who wish to gain foundational experience in conducting, ear training, and vocal training for choirs.
A personal admission interview will help determine together whether the necessary prerequisites are met.
Duration: October 2025 to June 2026
Format: Intensive weekend sessions (6 weekends total)

Tuition per Semester:
€ 250 (payable in advance each semester)
€ 450 per semester for participants from non-EU countries
Course Content:
– Vocal training for choirs
– Conducting and rehearsal techniques
– Theoretical fundamentals in rhythm and solmization
Admission Requirements:
– Strong interest and enthusiasm for choral singing and/or musical work with children and young people
– Prior choral experience as a singer
– Basic sight-singing ability
This introductory course also serves as a preparatory step for entering the “Choral Conducting” program.
