Inclusive Music Education
Stella Vorarlberg is committed to a broad concept of inclusion, which encompasses participation in music-making for all individuals, as outlined in the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. Students can choose from a variety of courses in the field of Inclusive Music Education. Additionally, there is a concerted effort across the entire faculty to raise awareness and foster engagement with this topic.
Stella Specials
The Stella Specials are students from Stella Vorarlberg and musicians with disabilities who come together to make music once a week. This offering is part of the “Inclusive Music-Making” focus and covers both the theoretical aspects and the practical implementation of inclusive music-making with individuals with disabilities. Additionally, students can participate in the Stella Specials through the “Ensemble Inclusive Music-Making” course.
