Stella Ombudsman Service
At Stella, everyone is welcome regardless of their origin, religion, beliefs, gender, sexual orientation or age. Nevertheless, it is possible that some people may feel excluded or treated unfairly.
The Stella Ombudsman’s Service offers students:
- An independent point of contact in cases of unfair treatment
- Support in resolving conflicts between lecturers, students and administrative staff
The Ombudsman’s Service aims to promote trust between all members of the university community, protect personal integrity and resolve conflicts informally.
The Ombudsman’s Service guarantees confidentiality. The service is free of charge.
