Entry requirements and Visa
In order to ensure a successful entry into Austria, it is advisable to gather information early.

Registration of residence confirmation
Important: You must register with the relevant authority (usually the municipal office or town hall of your place of residence) within 3 days of moving into your accommodation. Upon receipt, the registration confirmation must be sent to Stella (studiendirektion@stella-musikhochschule.ac.at).
Registration certificate
If you are staying in Austria for longer than three months, you must report your stay in Austria in person to the relevant immigration authority within four months and apply for a »registration certificate«.
The relevant immigration authority is Bezirkshauptmannschaft Feldkirch
Please note: Failure to comply with this regulation may result in a fine of up to €250. Regardless of whether you apply for a registration certificate, you must register your place of residence with the registration office.
