Biography
Clemens Müller studied piano and lied composition in Trossingen, Saarbrücken and Berlin with Wolfram Rieger, Irwin Gage, Peter Nelson, Tomislav Baynov, and Thomas Duis. He completed both areas of his studies with the concert exam. He has been honoured at several national and international competitions and has received numerous scholarships. Clemens Müller has performed as a soloist, chamber musician, and lied pianist at renowned festivals such as the Schwetzingen Festival, the Bayreuth Easter Festival and the Donaueschingen Music Festival. In addition to his concert activities in Europe, he regularly gives concerts and masterclasses in Asia (Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Vietnam). CD, radio and television recordings document his broad artistic spectrum. Since 2011, Clemens Müller has led a class for piano and song interpretation at the Trossingen University of Music, and since 2019 he has been a répétiteur at the Vorarlberg State Conservatory and Stella Vorarlberg.
