Erasmus+ offers numerous opportunities for international mobility for teaching and research staff as well as for general university personnel. A stay abroad provides the chance to explore new teaching methods and organizational structures, as well as to establish contacts with international institutions. Moreover, it can initiate collaborative artistic and scientific projects. Such mobility significantly contributes to both professional and personal development and enables active participation in the European higher education landscape.

Outgoing
Staff have various opportunities to gain international experience through Erasmus+. At the same time, the visibility of the home university within the international higher education network is strengthened.
Teaching staff can undertake a teaching stay abroad through the Staff Mobility for Teaching (STA) programme to explore new didactic approaches and perspectives, contribute professional expertise, and foster intercultural dialogue with students and colleagues on site.
Professional development stays are available for all groups of university personnel under the Staff Mobility for Training (STT) programme. Staff can participate in training courses or programmes at European partner institutions or other suitable organizations. The aim of these mobilities is to learn new working methods and organizational practices, expand professional networks, and broaden personal perspectives through intercultural exchange.
The International Office continuously accepts applications for staff mobilities (STA and STT) and provides advisory support on all mobility-related questions. The mobility application guide assists staff in planning and organizing their mobility.
Incoming
