Das Rektorat der Stella Vorarlberg Privathochschule f\u00fcr Musik l\u00e4dt herzlich zur Antrittsvorlesung von Prof.in Dr. in Andrea Horz<\/a>, Professur f\u00fcr Musik und Gesellschaft an der Stella Vorarlberg ein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00c4sthetik versus Teilhabe? \u2014Musik und das Popul\u00e4re<\/strong>
Dass Kunst autonom sein sollte, um als solche zu gelten, ist ein Grundsatz, der bis in j\u00fcngster Zeit hochgehalten wird. Gef\u00fcrchtet wird die Einstellung einer Kulturindustrie, die \u00bbKunst als Vitaminspritze f\u00fcr m\u00fcde Gesch\u00e4ftsleute\u00ab (Adorno) vermarktet; zugleich ist man sich des Bedeutungsverlusts der Kunst bewusst, der gleichsam mit dem Gewinn der Freiheit, der Kunstautonomie, einherzuschreiten scheint.
L\u00e4uft es zwangsl\u00e4ufig auf eine Gegen\u00fcberstellung von autonomer Kunst
versus popul\u00e4res Kunstprodukt hinaus? Dieser Vortrag setzt es sich zur Aufgabe, die Verschwisterung von Popularit\u00e4t und Musik in verschiedenen historischen Stationen von der Vormoderne bis zur Gegenwart zu durchleuchten.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
